Meet Naseem Zubi

For Pueblo County Assessor

 

My name is Naseem Zubi. My family and I chose to make Pueblo County our home a few years ago because we love the good people and the down-to-earth lifestyle. Since then I have been serving our community as an appraisal supervisor right here in the Pueblo County Assessor's Office.

I’ve spent 20 years working in public service, with over 18 of those years in county assessor offices. I understand that a good Assessor works for the people with fairness, accuracy, and great customer service for everyone.

That’s why I’m running for Pueblo County Assessor. I have the right experience to keep the office running smoothly and build on its foundation of good work. I will make sure every taxpayer is treated with the honesty and respect they deserve. I'm ready to put my experience to work for you as your next Pueblo County Assessor.

 

 

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in English with highest honors
• Over 700 hours appraisal training

 

Work Experience

• Pueblo County Assessor’s Office – Appraisal Supervisor handling complex properties, leading a team, and helping the taxpayers of Pueblo
• San Bernardino County Assessor’s Office – Property Tax Appraiser for residential and commercial real estate in America’s largest county
• Real Estate Appraiser – Independent contractor appraising residential real estate for an appraisal company
• Carpentry and Landscaping – Painting and carpentry, also worked as foreman for landscape company
